Pricing & Plans
What happens after my free trial ends?
Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charges.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts required. All plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. We also offer annual plans with a 20% discount.

Each invite sent via email or SMS counts as one review request. Responses and AI analysis are included at no extra charge.
How does AI response generation work?
Our AI analyzes your review content and generates personalized, on-brand responses in seconds. You can choose from multiple tone options and edit before sending.
Can I connect multiple review platforms?
Yes! AionReviews integrates with Google Business, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, and more. All your reviews appear in one unified dashboard.
Is there a limit to how many reviews I can manage?
No limits on reviews. Your plan limits apply to outbound invites (SMS/email) and AI-generated responses, not incoming reviews.

How do you protect my customer data?
We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR ready. Your data is never sold to third parties.
Do you store customer contact information?
Yes, securely. Customer data is stored encrypted and used only for sending review requests. You can delete customer data at any time.
Can my team members access all reviews?
You control access levels. Team members can be assigned to specific locations with role-based permissions (admin, member, viewer).
